180-Day Product Warranty
We offer a 180-day warranty for all products, covering the following:

  • Repair Parts Warranty: If the issue is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the necessary parts free of charge.
  • Accessories Warranty: We will replace any defective accessories.
  • 30-Day Whole Unit Warranty: Within 30 days of purchase, if the product has quality issues, we will replace the entire unit.

Important Reminder: Please ensure that you operate and maintain your drone as instructed in the user manual.

Covered by Warranty:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has defects caused by manufacturing, we will repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.
  • Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Parts: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or repair service.

Not Covered by Warranty:

Our warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Crash or Misoperation Damage: Including pilot errors, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Environmental Damage: Such as water damage, extreme weather, or electromagnetic interference.
  • Use of Unauthorized Parts: Including third-party parts that are incompatible or unauthorized.
  • Battery or Charger Misuse: Damage caused by defective or mismatched batteries and chargers.
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for data loss caused by the product or software issues.

Warranty Claim Process:

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos, your order ID, and the product number. Our team will respond within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.
  3. Based on the nature of the issue, we will guide you on the next steps to ensure your product is repaired or replaced promptly.
